What even is Reiki?
Reiki involves the use of Universal energy (Chi, Prana, Mana are other words that are used for this healing energy) to cleanse, balance and renew your chakras, subtle energy bodies and of course, to bring you back into energetic alignment. This is achieved by using your body to channel the energy. Reiki energy flows through you, via your hands (NEVER from you) to the person receiving the Reiki.
Reiki is a safe, gentle, complementary therapy that can be used on it’s own or as support during other treatments. Reiki also may provide people with a feeling of peace, tranquillity and reduce pain and anxiety, it also promotes a better and deeper sleep.

You have made a major commitment to uphold the Reiki values, pillars and ideals and to use Reiki extensively. Reiki Level Three deepens your ability to assist yourself and your clients, to reframe difficult events in their life as well as move on from deep trauma to find a position of balance, acceptance and peaceful harmony.
